I would have preferred to give them 0 start. I am a carrier who just finished moving a load from them, I ended up 4 days with their load in my truck under the snow, with no extra fees like agreed on. JB Hunt representative agreed on paying Layover for 3 days and he will send new Rate con after delivery. I made delivery and they did not pay what they agreed. Their customer cancel all deliveries till snow pass but they cancel same day I was supposed to make delivery, which was Friday and I picked up load on a Thursday. When I arrived to receiver early AM, they said no we canceled all deliveries today. How is this my fault? This is just unprofessional, unethical, ridiculous, lack of everything and please don't reply back saying to call, I already did with no solution, still not getting pay my layover.

I was looking for the no star, none available so I had to accept the 1 star. Do NOT waste your time applying to the Lowell, AR location! There is a click of people there that are the only ones that get to stay, all the rest are called when their "assignments ends." I started there through a temp service. I am almost finished with my Bachelor's Degree and I was so excited, thinking I possibly had found my home till......I trained, was working, doing an amazing job, and a few chicks kept sending me messages through teams and posting remarks about me. I endured harassment to the extreme! If you are not lesbian, white, a drama queen, and love to talk about others and spread rumors then you will NOT last here. One of the ones bothering me attacked till I finally asked her why she kept being on my back. She waited till the other manager came in (a nosey lady that wasn't even our manager/ head of the click) and told her. I was not questioned or asked what had been happening. No one cared!!! I got let go before I even went in on that Monday. My manager is always too busy watching videos of other females dancing and in bathing suits to even care about her team. The customer service dept needs a clean out! The revolving door needs to be stopped! You need EDUCATED LEADERS & MANAGEMENT to make a change in that place. I was doing an amazing job, minded my own business, took on extra work, and completed tasks that were given to me as fast as I could. YET that was not good for their little click. Now this company is reaching out looking for candidates to work for them. I wish I could tell all the soon-to-be graduates to run and never look back when it comes to JB Hunt!

Drivers were friendly, fast and helpful. The company was easy to work with. They kept in communication with us and provided reminders for delivery day. The showed up on the earlier side of our delivery window. The driver found our remote location easily. Driver was able to navigate our long, narrow, and bumpy driveway. They set up our couch fast and took trash with them when they left. When setting up our delivery, their online portal for entering your needs was very clear and allowed us to put in unique information as it pertained to our home and delivery needs.

I own small business and I was using JB hunt 360 online platform. They saying one price and after delivery you will receive additional charges. They are start saying as weight was incorrect (I have scale at my warehouse and checking each pallet before ship out) I sell my products by the LB and there is no reason to ship more then I sold. They will say you have detention on your load even if you have proof with scale ticket from receiver for unloading in less than 1 hour.

Put payment for all our open invoices on hold without a word to anyone because they suddenly messed up and entered the tax id number wrong after YEARS of using us for loads. Didn't bother calling, emailing, or updating their portal with the request for a new w9. Instead, they just put us on an account hold and I had to jump through hoops to even find out why. Meanwhile we were still allowed to book and haul loads that they didn't intend to pay us for. We currently have an invoice open now for over 78 days. Be careful!!

Would leave negative stars if I could. I would put every employee who I dealt with for my delivery and appliance pick up out of work if I could. I would shut down this whole company if I could. From the delivery and "inability" to hook up my appliance, to refusing to come back for my old appliance after I had to pay a plumbing company over $500 to turn a valve and hook up the new oven, to the people on the phone who constantly talked over me, made up excuses, flat out lied, hung up on me, refused to apologize for what happened, I hope every single person on manager Jocelyns team with JB Hunt is fired. Now I'm left with a broken oven in my kitchen before the holidays, and no refund as of yet. Shame on you Jocelyn and shame on Lowes for contracting with a disrespectful company.

Jbhunt has shown what I call harassment, stalking, intimidation, discriminatory acts. To make a long story short. I made my complaint of how I was entreated by a long senior managers , yet I wouldn’t resign I requested numerous of times to be transferred. As I went from one account to the next. That time my husband was a passenger rider. After he witnessed of how I was being done. Parwinder Singh Kang. Then I was granted a transfer to another account. After being told my husband needed to get another Dot medical to ride. Then Safety wouldn’t let him ride. He passed with flying colors. Due to a Florida parole that lied then sent in negatives on my license. Apparently he looked at the wrong sticker told me he wasn’t given me any tickets. Yet he sent in tickets under my name bringing my perfect score down. It was jbhunt trailer that they sent in violations. Then switching to a camera truck. I made it clear that it was intrusive to my privacy I get naked I urinate in a cup. So I was interrogated by the Safety department of jbhunt. Richard that is and Natalie Heeke. As I stressed to to tell them I wasn’t lieing no reason. Then I was sent a message to remove what’s covering the camera. I told them nothing is as I was stopped I took a photo then when I was stopped at the light. I even stated it was a nice view of the place I stopped. I was asked to send a photo which I did to Riley Sexton. Then I sent the message requesting to mute this camera as nothing is over it and it was distracting my driving repeatedly saying to remove what’s not there. Then I saw I was being followed. I stopped near the McDonald to be sure. Then I had to urinate really bad. So I pulled over on the shoulder took my cup out and urinated. Then I poured it out the window onto the grass. I then dropped the cup by accident so I proceeded out to see I was being stalked followed. So I took a photo. Then this car I suspected pulled in front of me. Not showing any identification telling me he’s safety as he went into my truck taking photos He began harassing me. Then I called Natalie Heeke and she confirmed we wanted to talk to you. Which was a lie I said if you wanted to talk then when I was at the shipper. I didn’t know who this man was going into the truck I drove then he says you can’t park on the shoulder. Well my emergency was urinating and feeling unsafe to being stalked. Then Jbhunt tells me ICANT URINATE IN A CUP IN THE TRUCK I DRIVE. Why they are invading my personal privacy with 24/7 cameras that can be hacked. When I have time I can go into details of JBHUNT

I must say I'm quite disappointed with JB Hunt's detention policy. Despite being promised detention on a few occasions by the broker, the reality has been quite different. It's disheartening to see how they consistently come up with lame excuses to avoid paying for the time we spend waiting. The AP team's approach has been nothing short of frustrating, always coming up with walkarounds and failing to pay our invoices. It feels like a constant uphill battle to get what's rightfully owed to us. As a professional trucking company, we rely on fair and reliable partnerships to thrive, but our experience with JB Hunt has been far from satisfactory. The lack of transparency and failure to honor their commitments have left a sour taste in our mouths. We hope that JB Hunt takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their detention policy and overall payment practices to foster better relationships with their service providers.
